Thunder is beneath the earth like promise of spring at the winter solstice or the anticipation of the return of the green man. This artwork is part of a series by Denise Weaver Ross based on the 64 hexagrams (made up of six yin and yang lines) of I Ching, the 2000-year-old Chinese divination system.
